There are many small information requests that we are happy to answer on a no-charge basis for our regular clients (e.g. what is the commencement date for a particular Hong Kong ordinance?). If we need to spend more time, or where the aggregation of requests builds up to a point where we need to charge, we will agree a fee with you before we proceed.
